Trump Residences Gurugram Launch Day Success
Trump Residences Gurugram had a great launch day. All 298 of their high-end homes sold out, making ₹3,250 crore. The builders, Smartworld and Tribeca Developers, said these homes in Sector 69, Gurugram, cost between ₹8 crore and ₹15 crore.
This project has two 51-story towers and is a joint effort by Smartworld Developers, Tribeca, and Trump’s company. The builders believe these homes in Gurgaon are the most prestigious addresses in India.
In this project, Smartworld will oversee the development, construction work, and how customers are looked after. Tribeca will be in charge of the design, marketing, sales efforts, and ensuring the quality of the homes. Furthermore, Tribeca is the only company licensed to build properties using the Trump name in India.
“We’re seeing that people in India are looking for really high-end places to live, and the success of Trump Residences shows that. Smartworld is glad to be building this, and we thank our buyers,” said Pankaj Bansal of Smartworld Developers. “Selling ₹3,250 crore on the first day is a massive deal for luxury homes in India.”
The opening in Gurugram happened soon after Donald Trump was re-elected as the US President, which likely made the Trump brand even more recognized in India. A key advantage of Trump Residences Gurugram, located in Sector 69, is that it’s in a great spot near Golf Course Extension Road.
These homes cost between ₹8 crore and ₹15 crore, starting at ₹27,000 per square foot when they were launched. Smartworld and Tribeca are in charge and are promising luxury living with custom interiors, private lifts, fancy clubhouses, and personal services. The famous “Trump” name makes them attractive to buyers globally.
The total area for sale in these buildings is 12 lakh square feet. They’ll have a modern design with glass exteriors, very tall living rooms, big windows, private elevators, and a shared roof with great views of the Aravalli hills. The second Trump Tower in Gurugram will also feature India’s first aquarium bar, which means a giant aquarium will be part of the bar and restaurant, giving you a unique experience.
Trump Residences Gurugram is the second housing project with the Trump name in North India. The first one, Trump Towers Delhi-NCR in Gurugram, was launched in 2018. All those homes sold, and they’re scheduled to be given to the buyers later in May. Before this, Tribeca, the company with the license for Trump properties in India, also let companies like Lodha Group in Mumbai and Panchshil Realty in Pune develop Trump-branded homes.
