India Sets New Paralympic Record 2024

India had a fantastic showing at the 2024 Paris Paralympics, winning a total of 29 medals. They brought home 7 gold medals, 9 silver medals and 13 bronze medals. India’s Paralympics journey in Paris ended on Sunday with Pooja Ojha’s Kayaking envent. Unfortunately, winning a total of 29 medals the most they have ever won at the Pralympics. This put them in 18th place over all. Meanwhile, Pakistan finished near at the bottom of the medal table with only one bronze medal.

India had a really impressive showing at the 2024 Paralympics, beating some big names like switzerland, Belgium and South Korea. They did so well that they ended up in the top 20 countries over all.
