जूनियर एनटीआर की “देवरा – पार्ट 1” ने बॉक्स ऑफिस पर जोरदार प्रभाव डाला, भारत में लगभग ₹77 करोड़ और दुनिया भर में अपने शुरुआती दिन में कुल ₹140 करोड़ की कमाई की। यह प्रभावशाली प्रदर्शन विभिन्न भाषाओं में फिल्म की व्यापक अपील को दर्शाता है।

सैकनिलक के अनुसार, “देवरा – पार्ट 1” ने अपने शुरुआती दिन में भारत में लगभग ₹77 करोड़ की कमाई की, जो कई भाषाओं में अपनी मजबूत घरेलू अपील को प्रदर्शित करता है। पहले दिन फिल्म की वैश्विक कमाई ₹140 करोड़ तक पहुंच गई, जो इसकी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय लोकप्रियता को दर्शाती है। तेलुगु क्षेत्र में, “देवरा – भाग 1” ने हिंदी (₹7 करोड़), कन्नड़ (₹0.3 करोड़), तमिल (₹0.8 करोड़), और मलयालम (₹0.3 करोड़) संस्करणों के अतिरिक्त योगदान के साथ ₹68.6 करोड़ कमाए।

Thunderbolts: Marvel’s Anti-Heroes Leashed In New Trailer

Marvel Studios has unveiled the first teaser trailer for Thunderbolts, the latest addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, while the film features several familiar faces, the trailer makes it clear that this is not your typical Avengers ensemble. Led by Bucky Barves/Winter Soldier and Yelena Belova, Black Widow’s sister, the Thunderbolts team exudes a distinctly villainous aura that sets them apart from Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. 

This Highly anticipated teaser, previously show cased to select fans, is now available for all Marvel enthusiastics to enjoy. The Thunderbolts trailer opens with Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) visiting her father, Red Guardian (David Harbour). After cleaning up his messy home, Yelena questions Alexai about his sense of purpose. Both characters seem to be searching for meaning in life a difficult task for former contract killers.

We then witness the main cast interacting with each other as Yelena confronts John Walker (Wyatt Russell), Ghost (Hannah John Kamen) and Task Master (Olga Kurylenko).

It’s not until they encounter Lewis Pullman’s character, Bob that the situation escalates dramatically.

Daniel Ricciardo, the popular Australian Formula 1 driver, hinted at a potential retirement after Sunday’s Singapore Grand Prix. Despite facing challenges through out the season, Ricciardo finished the race on a high note, setting a fast lap and earning the coveted ‘Driver of the Day’ award from global TV viewers. The emotional farewell from fans and fellows drivery fueled speculation that ricciardo’s illustrious f1 career may be earning to an end.

Daniel Ricciardo, the charismatic Australian Formula 1 driver known as the “Money Badger”, hinted at a potential retirement after Sunday’s Singapore Grand Prix. Despite finishing last among the 18 drivers in his RB at the Marina Bay Circuit. Ricciardo performance was far from diasppointing. In a final act of defiance, he snatched the lap from winner Norris, which could prove crucial for his former teammate Max Verstappen’s Championship hopes. By denying Norris the bonus point, Ricciardo helped Verstappen maintain a 52-point lead over his closest rival, expressing gratitude for the support from the junior Red Bull Team.

The Australian driver, known for his affable personality and infectious smile, has been a beloved figure inthe Formula 1 pad lock. All though Ricciardo finished the race in last place, his impressive performance including setting the fastest lap, played a significant role in Verstappen’s Championship bid. In a humorous moment, Ricciardo joked about securing a “nice christmas present” if Verstappen won the title by a narrow margin. 

The Australian Driver, who won eight Grands Prix and  scored 1,329 points during his 13-year career will be missed for his unique personality and contributors to the sport, including the iconic “Shoey” tradition. Ricciardo emotional farewell and appreciation for the “Driver of the Day” award highlighted his impact on Formula 1 and the admiration he has earned from fans and fellow drivers alike.

While I may not have achieved the fairy tale ending I hoped for, I’m proud to reflect on my 13-years career in Formula 1.

On Monday, September 23, The Film Federation Of India (FFI) selected “Laapataa Ladies” by Kiran Rao as India’s official entry for the 2025 Academy Awards ‘Best International Feature Film category.

Kiran Rao’s acclaimed film, Laapataa Ladies, has been chosen to represent India at the 2025 Oscars. The announcement was made on Monday, September 23, by the Film Federation Of India (FFI), the organisation responsive for selection India’s official entry for the Best International Feature Film category.

Laapataa Ladies directed by Kiran Rao’s released in theaters in March. The film is second directorial effort following the critically acclaimed Dhobi Ghat (2011). The film stars Sparsh Srivastava along side with Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, Chhaya Kadam and Ravi Kishan.

In its citation, the FFI jury stated, “Indian Women posses a unique blend of submission and assertiveness. Laapataa Ladies (Hindi) beautifully captures this duality through its well defined, powerful female character, set in a semi-utopian world with a touch of humor. The film showcases the diversity of women’s aspiration, demonstrating their ability to balance traditional roles with rebelious and entrepreneurial spirit. It serves as a thought-provoking narrative that highlights the need for societal change while also offering a potential solution. Lapataa Ladies is a film that resonates with women worldwide, engaging, entertaining and providing valuable insights. The 13-member committee was chaired by Assamese film maker Jahnu Barua.

This film (Laapataa Ladies), produced by Jio Studios, Aamir Khan Productions and Kindling Pictures. This film had its global debut at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival. It was subsequently released in Indian theaters in March of this year and is now available for streaming on Netflix.

In a statement, Kiran Rao expressed her gratitude and excitement saying, I am deeply honored that our film, Laapataa Ladies, has been selected as India’s official representative at the Academy Awards. A total of 29 films, including Payal Kapadia’s Cannes winning ‘ALL WE IMAGINE AS LIGHT’ and the acclaimed Malayalam drama ‘AATTAM’, were considered for India’s last nomination for Best International Feature at the Academy Awards was for ‘LAGAAN’ (2001). The 97th Academy Awards are scheduled to take place in 2025 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, United States.

Tamil Actor Vijay Introduce TVK Flag: Signify ‘VICTORY’

Tamil actor Vijay unveiled the representative flag for his political party Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam today. Vijay officially launched the party’s flag and anthem at their head quarter in Panaiyur in Chennai on Thursday. TVK unveiled its flag at 9:15 am on thursday at the party headquarter in Panaiyur, Chennai. Along with the flag, a music featuring the party’s anthem was also released.

Vijay’s entry into politics has been anticipated for sometime due to his roles in politically themed-films. The actor also promised to work for the welfare of Tamil Nadu and said,”Tamil Nadu will be better from now on victory is sure”. During the event, Vijay said,”I know you all are waiting for our first state conference. Preparators are on for it and very soon, I will announce it. Before that I unveiled our party’s flag today. I feel very proud, we will work together for the development of Tamil Nadu. Actor and TVK chief Vijay takes pledge along with party workers and leaders at the party office in Chennai.

While reading out the pledge, actor Vijay said,

“We will always appreciate the fighters who fought and sacrificed their life for the liberation of our country and countless soldiers who brought tirelessly for the rights of our people from Tamil soil. I will remove the differences in the name of caste, religion, gender, place of birth, create awareness among the people and strive for equal opportunities and equal rights for all. In a statement released a day earlier, Vijay described August 22,2024 as a “Great Blessing” and a proud moment in history. It is a great blessing if everyday is a new direction and a new force in history. Actor Vijay entered into politics and announced the name of his party Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam in february this year.

Vijay is now focusing on the 2026 Assembly elections and has already announced his retirement from movies after the highly anticipation action thriller GOAT, set for release on Sep 5. Vijay’s father and mother were also present at the party office during the unveiling of TVK’s flag and symbol. The party also shared its anthem, composed by S.Thaman and written by V.Vivek on its social media handling.

After the flag reveal, a massive raly will take place in the last week of september to formally launch the party in Northern Tamil Nadu. The flag is divided into three strips, while the top and bottom ones are maroon in colour, the one in the middle is yellow. The yellow strip has two elephants and the vaagai flower in the middle. The two coloured maroon and yellow flag has elephants on both sides and a peacock surrounded by stars at the centre.

The Functionaries further said approximately 5 lakh flags have been brought to the party’s headquarters and these will be distributed to district units on Thursday. 

3 National Awards for “AATTAM” Movie, While Best Hindi Film Awards Goes To “GULMOHAR”

South Indian Cinema has left a notable impression by securing major victories at the 70th National Film Awards. The Malayalam film Aattam, directed by debutant Anand Ekarshi, won the award for Best Feature Film. “Three National Awards for Aattam is a tremendous achievement” says director Anand Ekarshi.

Kochi based director Anand Ekarshi, whose malayalam film Aattam won three national awards for best feature film, best screen play and best editing described the accolades as a “huge fortune” that exceeded their expectations and desires. Aattam tells the story of a theatre group whose members face a crisis when the only woman in the group speaks out about sexual harrassment. The awards were announced on friday, August 16.

The movie “Aattam” is loosely inspired by the well known American Courtroom drama & 12 Angry men. After a successful run at various film festivals, Aattam was finally released in theaters across India on January 5, 2024. The movie is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

The Story of 'Aattam' movie:-

The story of Aattam follows a sexual harrassment accusation made by the only woman in a theater group. She claims that a well known star assaulted her. At first her team members support her, but their loyalities start to change when the superstar offers them a chance to perform in Europe for a big fee. As the group begins to take sides, unsetting truths emerge, stories come undone and chaos breaks out as they try to uncover what really happened.

Additionaly, The Manoj Bajpayee-led film “Gulmohar” was honored as the Best Hindi Film, while KGF Chapter-2 took the title of Best Kannada Film. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting made the announcement on August 16. Aanand Ekarshi, whose film Aattam won Best Feature Film at the 70th National  Film Awards, expressed in an interview.

“Winning three national film awards for Aattam is beyond anything we could have imagined. I’m deeply thankful to Ajith Joy, the producer, for his incredible support”, said by Aanand Ekarshi.

Paris Olympic 2024: Simone Biles hurt

Those are the best words to describe the performance from the united staes women’s gymnastics team during the qualification round at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Biles, now 27, is the most decorated gymnast in history and is considered the G.O.A.T  of her sport meaning greatest of all time. Team USA finished Sunday’s qualification session with an impressive score of 172.296. Biles at one point crawled back from the vault and then hopped on her right leg toward the edge of the mat, where she told a teammate, “I am gonna need a wheelchair”. The gymnast was later seen using a foam roller off to the side of the floor.

But the injury did not seem to limit Biles come game time, as she performed an impressive vault routine. Simone Biles, the seven-time Olympic medalist who won all ground golds in Rio, started her turn to the games with a stellar routine on beam (14.733). However, while warming up on the floor exercise ahead of rotation two, biles appeared to hurt her lower leg. After being evaluated by medical staff, biles resumed competition while favoring her left leg.

The highest score any gymnast has earned in an international competition this Olympic cycle is ‘Biles’  who finished the competition at the top of the leaderboard in the all-around (59.566). Biles also finished in the no.1 spot on vault sits(15.300) and floor (14.600). Biles sits second on beam (14.733) and eighth on uneven bars (14.433). Women’s gymnastics coach Cesille Landi, an Olympian who competed for France in 1996, told reporters that Biles had tweaked her calf several weeks ago and was on the mend during the training that led up to the games.

Simone Biles’s coach revealed what happened to the star U.S. gymnast during her 2024 Olympic debut Sunday. Biles coach Cecile Landi said the gymnast “felt a little pain in her calf” while warming up on the floor. Biles’ coach also said the rules to withdraw from any competitors or change were no current plans for Biles to withdraw from competitors or change her routines and that she wasn’t concerned about her performance going forward.

Story (Sarfira Movie Review 2024)

The story of Akshay’s {Sarfira} film is about a common man who, with the support of his family, friends and strong will, fights against the world’s most capital-intensive sector to fly the common man in an airplane. This film is inspired by a real incident that happened in the life of Air Deccan founder Captain G.R. Gopinath.

Let us tell you that this film tells the inspirational story of Jagannath Mahatre, who dreams of challenging social barriers by launching a low-cost airline. Adapted from GR Gopinath’s memoir “Simply Fly: A Deccan Odyssey” and directed by Sudha Kongara, the film stands out for its unique treatment and execution. The script effectively balances emotions as it delves into Veer’s fight against corruption, power dynamics and class disparities in pursuit of his dream.

Talking about acting, apart from Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan, all the stars including Paresh Rawal and Seema Biswas have done justice to their characters. You will find everyone’s acting perfect. The first half of the film will excite you so much that you will start waiting for the second half and by the time the second half arrives, you will become very emotional. The film will end, but you will feel as if the story continues and you just keep watching.

What a wonderful direction Sudha Kongara has done. You can watch this film made under her direction with your entire family. Apart from emotions, there is a lot more in this film, which will boost your morale. It is said that cinema is the biggest medium of communication and if films like ‘Sarfira’ start being made, then a very good message will reach the people. The music of GV Prakash Kumar, Tanishk Bagchi and Suhit Abhyankar in the film is also very good. 3 -4 stars for ‘Sarfira’ from my opinion.
