Ujjain’s fourth annual Skydiving Festival took flight on Saturday, organized by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board. The event was inaugurated with a thrilling leap by Ujjain Superintendent of Police (SP), Pradeep Sharma, who jumped from a height of 10,000 feet and shared his exhilarating experience of witnessing the city from the sky. This adrenaline-pumping festival, a highlight of Madhya Pradesh’s tourism calendar, offers skydiving enthusiasts an opportunity to experience the breathtaking beauty of Ujjain from a bird’s-eye view.

Held at the Datana Airstrip, conveniently located on Dewas Road, the festival allows participants to take the plunge from a staggering 10,000 feet. Don’t worry if you’re a first-timer; tandem skydiving is available, where you’ll be securely strapped to a certified instructor who will guide you through the entire jump.
