Skoda has introduced its latest offering, the Kylaq, a stylish and affordable SUV. Priced from Rs 7.89 lakh (introductory ex-showroom pan-India), the Kylaq will be available for bookings starting December 2, 2024. Deliveries are set to begin on January 27, 2025, following its showcase at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The Kylaq is offered in four variants: Classic, Signature, Signature Plus, and Prestige.
From the side, the Kylaq boasts a clean profile, though its size is slightly more compact compared to Skoda’s other compact SUV offerings. Roof rails, stylish 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, and turn indicators integrated into the ORVMs add functional flair.
The rear showcases stunning wraparound LED taillights with distinctive inverted L-shaped internal lighting. A sleek black strip emblazoned with the “Skoda” lettering connects the taillights, while the “Kylaq” badge finds its place on the lower left section of the tailgate. Safety Features
The Skoda Kylaq shares its platform with other popular Skoda and Volkswagen models, ensuring a solid and reliable structure. While it hasn’t undergone official crash tests yet, Skoda aims for a 5-star safety rating. Standard safety features include six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and more.
