LIC is always trying to help its sales team (agents) do their jobs better and give customers a smooth and always-available service. To help with this, they’ve launched a new online service for their agents called “One Man Office” (OMO). This new system is designed to make things easier for the agents and improve the service they can provide to people who have LIC policies.

LIC wants to make things easier for everyone who sells their policies. This includes agents, managers, advisors, and all sorts of sales people. They’ve created a new online system to help them in their day-to-day work, making them more efficient and productive. Ultimately, this should lead to better service for LIC customers. This new system was launched on February 17th.

At the launch of the new system, LIC’s top boss, Mr. Mohanty, said that the LIC One Man Office will be a really important tool for their sales team. It will help them sell life insurance and assist customers whenever and wherever they are. He also said that this new system will be a big help in reaching their goal of having insurance for everyone in India by 2047.

The “One Man Office” is designed to help LIC agents in several ways. It helps them sell policies digitally, provide service to customers after they’ve bought a policy, keep track of their business, and even acts as a training and information resource. Think of it as a mobile office that they can carry around on their phones. It’s meant to be a simple, all-in-one solution for everything they need for their work, so they can be more independent and efficient.

All these helpful online services are available through something called the ANANDA platform. ANANDA helps agents bring new customers onboard and has lots of useful tools. For example, it can calculate how much a policy will cost, show what benefits a policy offers, help customers sign up for automatic payments, and even handle things like address changes, loan requests, premium payments, and claims. ANANDA also has a library of information, calculators for insurance and health, a way to find LIC offices, and a tool to search bank details for payments. Basically, it’s designed to give agents everything they need to help their customers.
