Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur and newly appointed head of the ‘Department Of Government Efficiency’ (DOGE), is no stranger to the ‘Nazi Salute’ controversy, and his latest remarks have only amplified the uproar surroundings.
Elon Musk’s hand gesture came while speaking during a rally celebrating President Donald Trumph’s Inauguration. One of the video goes viral, showing US tech billionaire Elon Musk’s one-armed gesture during a speech at a Donald Trumph rally on 20 Jan 2025 on Monday.
“My heart goes out to you. It is thanks to you that the future of civilization is assured,” Musk said after the gesture.
“This was no ordinary victory. This was a fork in the road of human civilization,” he said. “This one really mattered. Thank You for making it happen! Thank you”, he said.
The gestures were quickly scrutinized on social media. Adding fuel to the fire, Musk took to socail media on Monday to address the controversy. Sharing a post from “The Rabbit Hole” account on twitter, Elon Musk dismissed the accusations. He wrote, adding “The everyone is ‘Hitler’ attack is soo tired, they need better dirty tricks.”
In an earlier tweet highlighted in the same post, Music referred in political transition, Musk wrote-“In the past I voted Democrate, because they were the kindness party of division ad hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote Republican and warning of an imminent “dirty tricks campaign” against him.
